Kathy Heyndels established her first atelier in Brussels in 1956 designing haute couture creations and wedding dresses.
In 1983 she returned to her birthplace, Athens, where she opened her atelier in Kolonaki.
Yiannis Togos, son of Kathy Heyndels, begins to take action in the house from the beginning of 1989. His desire to contribute to the further development of the house prompted him to create the first prêt a porter collection.
The secret of his success is due to his own sense of style but also to the possibility he offers to all women through tailor made creations, thus adapting each fashion to their own unique style

The excellent quality of the materials used is another important success factor. The house loves the original 100% natural materials, always based on silk, taffeta, satin, lace and muslins.
Many of them are hand-embroidered with precious stones and Swarovski crystals. The style that represents the house combines elegance with understated luxury. Airy, mainly evening dresses are a characteristic element of his work.

In recent years, the philosophy of the house has been the creation of small luxurious multi-spaces where the modern woman can let herself go and discover the charm and elegance that will emerge from the options offered to her.
In the boutiques of Kathy Heyndels one can find special creations combined with the corresponding accessories necessary to compose the perfect ensemble. All collections are presented at the established fashion shows organized by the house twice a year. It also participates in the Greek fashion week presenting next season’s trends.
In recent years, the creations of the house have resonated in Europe as well, such as in Paris, Monte-Carlo, St. Trope, but also in Cyprus, America (New York & Miami), Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
In 2000 she was awarded the best haute couture dress at the Miss World USA pageant.
The house has also been chosen nationally to design the dresses for the domestic beauty pageant (Star Hellas) several times.
During his presence, he has dressed several well-known Greek women, and he has also designed, upon special order, dresses and wedding dresses for Princess Catherine of Serbia, for the princess of Saudi Arabia and the sheikh of the United Arab Emirates.
